I was looking to get a new computer built as the current one I had didn't have the capability to run heavy programs anymore, such as Revit, Lumion and other rendering software. I contacted several companies to get a quote for a new PC. None of them seem to really care about what I was looking for and just gave me specs for prebuilt computers. Not the case with Custom PC Builder. They were personable from the start. They gave me a build that would suit my needs and gave me the opportunity to change any of the parts selected. Throughout the whole process I was able to ask any question that came to mind, as this was an investment, and I received quick, friendly responses. After receiving my new computer, I am happy to say, everything works great! The cable management is unreal. There was even a note on the desktop that gave me instructions for certain software on my computer. I had a couple questions after I received my computer and they were still happy to answer them! I highly recommend Custom PC Builder. They will do an amazing job, for a reasonable price and they do genuinely care about their customers.

I live in New York and was looking for a person that could give me advice on how to build my first PC. I found him on Google. I called him consistently throughout the process. He was always courteous and nice. He answered all my questions. And he gave really good advice. As a result, the finished product of my PC is amazing. Attached is a video of it.

Overall the best customer service and I def felt safe leaving my system with them. Definatley comming back for my next system !

I was extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided to me by Mutasim while building my first PC for my eldest son, that I did not hesitate to contact him again when my younger son needed a custom build PC. Amazing! First time purchasing a PC and I was told to build my own, which I was not going to tackle on my own. I reached out to the Custom PC Builder and I was surprised with how quickly the response was and the knowledge this man holds. He is professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing a PC.

I had an issue with my newly built pc, in which the system is slow, crashes, and not able to play games. At first I tried to contacted other pc shop, they told me to replace a new graphics card - which does not solve the case, luckily I didn't do it. I also contacted Asus but they didn’t help much and I don’t have time and knowledge to find out the issue myself. I found this guy on Kijiji, he’s very friendly and professional. He figured out the issue very quickly and gave me very useful tips after the service.
I’m very satisfied with the service. He’s capable of what he’s doing. I highly recommend this guy to anyone who needs help with their pc!

I couldn’t be happier with how my PC turned out. It took roughly a day to get all the pets picked that beat suited my needs and then my PC was ready 2 days after receiving all the parts. I appreciated the very fast response times and how all my questions and concerns were answered!

Had multiple computer issues, it was literally completely unusable ...Luckily found this guy on Google after already calling 3 different computer place including HP, without any real help or solution in sight. Within minutes of explaining the situation over the phone, he already had an idea of some potential issues and factors. Ended up bringing him the computer to work on overnight and I was totally shocked, it was good to go the very next day! Once I got it home, I was just confused about a couple of things regarding the new setup and he was so friendly and helped me over the phone within minutes. Of course, not everyone will have an overnight fix I’m sure, but I was so happy with the speed of service! Honestly, this has been the most helpful tech experience I have ever had and I’ve already saved his number in case I need any help with my other PC in the future! Great prices too- very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone with issues with their PC! Thumbs up!

Unbelievable service, felt more like a close friend helping me out than a business. He had the parts of my PC for less than 24 hours and was built. Pretty much helped me 24/7 over the course of a month or so, there is nothing he could have done better. Literally, do not go to anybody else, this is precisely who you want.
